Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Tom Kennedy is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Hilton Worldwide. He joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for the oversight of all of Hilton Worldwide's global finance functions.

Previously, Mr. Kennedy was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vanguard Car Rental, the parent company of the National Car Rental and Alamo Car Rental brands, a privately held company owned by Cerberus Capital Management. In his role, he orchestrated the private sale of its European business to Europcar and of its U.S. business to Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Kennedy was at Northwest Airlines, Inc., most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Controller, and held a variety of other management and executive positions including Controller, Asia Pacific based in Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Kennedy has also held various other positions during his career including appointments at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Chiquita Brands International and Bank of Yokohama.

Mr. Kennedy holds an MBA from Harvard University and received his Bachelor's degree in economics, summa cum laude, from Tulane University.
